FitComplete vodi Karmen Miklavčič z Brega pri Žirovnici, nekdanja orodna telovadka, ki se je pri Fitnes zvezi Slovenije usposobila za vaditeljico in nato za inštruktorico fitnesa in skupinskih vadb. Jedro programa so metabolični oziroma HIIT treningi: skupinske vadbe v Radovljici, Gorjah in na Hrušici, individualni in polzasebni treningi do šest oseb, vadba gibljivosti ter spletna vadba. Vadbe izvaja tudi za zaposlene v podjetjih in ustanovah, med njimi Iskra Emeco in Zdravstveni dom Jesenice, ekipi pa se je pridružila še inštruktorica Tjaša Idrizi.
